project DESCRIPTION

The project consists of removing and replacing manual plumbing fixture components with electronic (or touchless) components to depress the spread of germs generally associated with ‘touch’ plumbing fixtures. The project required QCM to replace 427 manual water closet and urinal flush valves with sensor type flush valves and 314 manual lavatory faucets with sensor type faucets across all of the City of Dayton’s fifty two (52) owned properties.
