Renovations to the existing Indian Hill Elementary School, located at 6100 Drake Road, are scheduled to be ‘school ready’ by the start of the 2023-2024 academic year. The renovations designed by MSA Design include renovations of the main entry, replacing the “Sawtooth” wing of the school that was originally built in the 1960s, replacing the gym and event space and improving the playground. The largest portions would be the $8 million replacement of the Sawtooth wing, $4.2 million for the new multi-purpose gym and performance space and $1.5 million for HVAC upgrades.
