This project, located in the Central Business District of Cincinnati, involved the replacement of a faulty 6-inch below grade fire main.  A new tap was made to the public water system in the right-of-way and routed into the buildings’ mechanical room, to service the existing fire pumps.  800 Broadway is the home to various courts for Hamilton County, so schedule, coordination with daily operation of the County’s judicial system and concern for life safety were the very highest of priorities.
