Renovation to all three (3) floors of the existing high school building. Existing restrooms will be completely re-piped with new water, waste and vent, along with new fixtures. The science rooms will be updated with new sinks, faucets and turrets, and includes the addition of a new acid waste system. Perimeter drainage piping will be added below the slab in two (2) lower- level areas to assist with the extraction of ground water drainage from the building via duplex storm water pump systems.
