The proposed work generally consists of upgrades to three lift stations in the Carlisle area, including the Martz-Paulin Lift Station (8785 Martz-Paulin Rd), the Franklin-Trenton 35 Lift Station (7754 Franklin-Trenton Rd), and the Franklin-Trenton 36 Lift Station (8634 Franklin-Trenton Rd). Specifically, the project includes the demolition and replacement of valve vault piping, installation of a permanent bypass connection for each force main, demolition and replace of valve vault access hatches, and replacement of air release valves.
