The project consists of removing and replacing manual plumbing fixture components with electronic (or touchless) components to depress the spread of germs.
The Mason Municipal Aquatic Center revitalization project is intended to replace the existing facility with a new state of the art facility featuring a new heated leisure pool as well as an enclosed 50 meter pool.
This project includes construction of a new water main and the re-connection of thirty four (34) residential water services, including new meter pits and meter settings.
The local sewer plan proposes the construction of 3,100 linear feet of 8-inch diameter gravity sanitary sewer, with thirty-two 6-inch diameter sewer laterals and all other related sewer appurtenances.
This $3 million dollar project is a 17,000 SF renovation and 6,700 SF expansion, including a new HVAC system to increase energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.
